On the 30th of January Magni TH signed the agreement to carry out together with @Derga Consulting and @Deda Digital a highly strategic digital transformation project based on the @SAP CX integrated platform (Emarsys, Service, Field Service Management, Commerce).
The aim is to centralise and optimise cross-channel After-Sales Service, Field Service, Spare Parts Sales, Sales and Machine Configuration, thus managing the entire end-to-end process and developing the engagement of its dealer network in a unique application in terms of reliability, scalability and flexibility.
This is a key framework agreement to sustain the growth of Magni TH, which once again relies on Derga’s expertise to enhance the technological infrastructure underpinning its business.
