1000th Magni machine for the Felbermayr fleet
During the official handover of the Magni RTH8.46, which now is not only the largest telescopic handler in the entire Felbermayr rental fleet, but also the 1000th machine purchased from Magni by Felbermayr and bears the Magni serial number 12,000, Alexander Reisch, Sales Director of Magni Deutschland GmbH, was able to accept another major order from the Austrian company Felbermayr Transport- und Hebetechnik GmbH & Co KG.
Felbermayr is thus expanding its rental fleet in the current financial year by over 300 Magni devices, including 60 new telehandlers and 250 aerial working platforms. The package again includes a large number of rough terrain scissor lifts with working heights of up to 22, 28 and 32m.
The large order also includes a large number of scissor lifts from the new AC+ series, which will impress rental fleets with their increased performance compared to previous models, longer-lasting lithium batteries and forklift pockets at the front and sides. Other highlights of the new Magni scissors include the deadweight energy recovery system, which enables energy to be recovered from the hydraulic oil when the platform is lowered and used to charge the battery. The high-performance pump system, in which all important hydraulic components are connected to just one hydraulic oil line, a new control panel with an enlarged display and low-wear silicone buttons, and the high-strength and low-wear new tires round off the features of the new Magni scissors.
Robert Bauer, Head of Felbermayr Work Platform and Forklift Rental: "This year we have again invested in the entire Magni portfolio. In addition to the high performance of the machines, the ease of use and maintenance, especially for rental fleet customers, Magni always impresses us with fast and reliable support." Alexander Reisch from Magni adds: "We are very proud that the Felbermayr team has opted for 30 of our new compact TH3.6 from the range of fixed telehandlers. With a payload of 3 tons and a maximum working height of 5.8 meters, the new model combines small dimensions with impressive performance features. The powerful Deutz Stage V engine with 55 kW (75 hp) enables a top speed of 35 km/h. The Magni TH 3.6 is the only model in this performance class on the market to be equipped with an LMI (load moment indicator), which enables constant monitoring of machine movements in order to avoid any type of overload." In 2021 and 2023, Felbermayr Transport- und Hebetechnik GmbH & Co KG had already equipped its extensive rental fleet with various Magni machines, including scissor lifts, articulated and telescopic boom lifts as well as telescopic handlers in different performance classes.
