The hydraulic system of the new RTH range provides greater speed in movements while maintaining maximum precision.
Magni's R&D department has completely revamped the hydraulic system with the new RTH range, revising and increasing the pump displacements to further implement speed while at the same time increasing the precision of movements in every context.
These improvements were combined with innovative technologies such as Power Sharing and Flow Sharing.
Power Sharing ensures that motor power is distributed to the various systems in a balanced manner, avoiding overloads and providing a responsive reaction to operational needs. Flow Sharing, on the other hand, focuses on hydraulic flow distribution, which allows the machine to perform multiple movements simultaneously, such as pulling the boom out while rotating the turret.
The combination of these technologies allows the telehandler to work more efficiently, improving productivity and optimizing fuel consumption.
The dimensions of the hydraulic pipelines have been further optimized. This improvement aims to minimize energy losses, especially during difficult operations. In addition, to reduce environmental impact, the amount of hydraulic oil on board the machine has been limited to the minimum necessary to avoid waste.
Also in the new RTH generation, Magni stands out with its patented system of protected extension tubes inside the boom, ensuring safety and durability even in the most extreme conditions.
Always mindful of the use of quality materials, steel pipelines for static parts ensure maximum reliability. The route of the pipelines has been carefully rethought and streamlined to facilitate access during maintenance, making operations faster and more efficient.
