TELESCOPIC PLATFORM THAT CAN WORK EITHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE TP O/U-R

In the maintenance of bridges, viaducts and the like, work is often carried out on scaffolding or fixed platforms. These solutions, as well as providing lower safety standards, take a long time to set up, and are also not very versatile, with little possibility of movement.

The TP O/U-R platform (ATT-01-024) is the solution offered by Magni for this type of application. It is a telescopic extendable platform that allows both positive and negative working, with a maximum capacity of 250 kg and approved to accommodate two people on board.

The basket is also extendable, with a minimum width of 705 mm and a maximum width of 1195 mm.

It is equipped with a special arm position sensor that transmits data directly to the touch-screen in the cabin. It has a rotation of 340°, managed by means of a hydraulic rotating actuator, while remaining extremely compact. This allows it to reach any point by taking advantage of its small dimensions of 1195 x 800 mm.

The new -R version of the attachment brings with it the biggest innovation, namely the new hydraulic double slewing ring system that can be operated directly from the cab. This system allows the new basket to further simplify work, reducing time and optimising productivity. In addition to bridge maintenance, thanks to its extreme versatility of operation, this attachment can be used in many contexts within the construction industry.

A standard remote control (OPT-002-008) is required to operate the platform.
