Magni America hosted their first Dealer Conference on April 26th to April 28th at their new complex in Pasadena, TX. The purpose of the Conference was to bring all American Dealers together to network, gain product knowledge, review best practices, and provide the tools needed to succeed in their markets.
On the evening of the 26th, the Conference kicked off at Topgolf where attendees had the chance to introduce themselves, get to know each other and socialise with food and drinks and enter a raffle for a pair of Italian made golf shoes hosted by the newly introduced Magni Finance program.
Attending the Conference was Riccardo Magni, Founder and President of Magni Telescopic Handlers, along with his family. Mr. Magni kicked off the Conference on the morning of the 27th by speaking about the history of Magni, where we are today, and future plans.
This conference was also a time of sharing. Three of Magni America’s largest Dealers, Able Equipment, Empire Crane, and RentalWorks, gave testimonials on their success with Magni in their markets and provided resources to other Dealers on what has worked for them.
There were tours of the new facility including both buildings and land featuring the inventory of parts, attachments, and machines. Other sessions in the Conference included presentations from Magni America’s Service Manager, Training Manager, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Moreover, Magni America introduced for the first time Magni Finance offering floor planning, rental fleet financing, and end-user financing.
Among the highlights, Able Equipment Rental, based in Deer Park, NY was presented with the “Dealer of the Year” award for 2021. “Able Equipment has embraced the Magni way in every aspect of the business, which includes number of trained sales reps, number of trained service technicians, and having a dedicated leader who truly believes in the process and has fully committed to the Magni product in every way possible.” – Joe Leinwol, CSO. The evening concluded with a catered in Texas BBQ and a live performing country band.
The final day of the Conference consisted of an intense Q&A session with Riccardo Magni, his sons Carlo and Eugenio, Filippo Lavelli, CEO of Magni America, Gary Weisman, COO, Joe Leinwol, CSO.
Therefore, attendees had the opportunity for a direct confrontation.
