Magni TH is publishing an extract from judgment no. 609 issued by Bologna Law Court on 23 February 2024. It confirms the violation of Italian patent no. 1417457 and European patent no. 2981496 held by Magni Real Estate srl, for which Magni Telescopic Handlers srl is the licensee, concerning the method for the retraction of stabilizers on rotating telehandlers. The sentence rules that the Manitou Italia srl products specified in point 4 of the sentence itself violated the patents concerned. This sentence is not definitive as it was issued by the court of first instance and an appeal is possible.
