We are proud to announce that on 30 September 2019, the European Patent Office (EPO) in the Hague rejected the opposition from one of our competitors to industrial invention no. 2 981 496 B1, concerning the scissor stabilizers installed on the majority of Magni Telescopic Handlers’ lifts, confirming the validity of the patent invented by Riccardo Magni. It, therefore, confirms the exclusive right of Magni Telescopic Handlers to use the solution protected by that patent in the main European countries to which it is extended.

This decision, although it can still be appealed, is proof that the solutions implemented by Magni are at the cutting edge of technology.
