The high performance and versatility of Magni telehandlers continue to prove ideal for the large construction sector. This time, the centre of Matera has hosted one of our models.
The project is being carried out in this commune, UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993, and aims to improve the city’s infrastructure by building an underground car park under the municipal buildings and the law courts. Moreover, a public park with gardens will be built above the car park. The telehandler was supplied by Gruppo Festa S.r.l., a dealer that has been working fruitfully with the Castelfranco Emilia-based company for 11 years.
Working in an area that is as precious as it is fragile is not an easy task and many aspects have to be carefully considered. In the end, the RTH 6.26 was chosen for its great outreach and capacity to meet the operational challenges. Carla La Torre, Technical Director of the site, expressed her enthusiasm at seeing a Magni telehandler in action for the first time, emphasising how its flexibility allows you to work effectively on both large and small sites where it may not be possible to install a crane.
The versatility of this roto is also impressive. By adapting to different site requirements and thanks to the various attachments available, the machine allows to handle different materials efficiently and easily. In fact, the model is used both with forks, for unloading materials from lorries , and with the winch for placing the concrete panels. Finally, the cab visibility allows the operators of the contractor, Trezza S.r.l., to work in complete safety, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Once again, Magni confirms its leadership, especially when it comes to tough challenges, and continues to be the ideal partner for complex and large projects. We are happy to contribute to the creation of new infrastructures and green spaces that will enrich the daily experience of citizens and tourists in one of the most beautiful cities in our country.
